Justin Su’a is a mental performance expert and founder of Performance Advisory Group that designs tailored leadership and coaching development programs for coaching staffs in the NFL, NBA, NHL, NCAA and MLB.  He hosts several podcasts: “Increase Your Impact,” “Diggin’ Deep, and “Losing Control” a Sports Illustrated podcast. He is the author of two books: “Parent Pep Talks: The 10 Must Have Mental Skills Your Child Must Have to Succeed in Sports, School, and Life” and, “Mentally Tough Teens: Developing the Winning Mindset”. Additionally, he was a TEDx Speaker: Learn How to Use “Time-Outs” in Life
